Telecom Deployment Project Manager M/F

In charge of people, equipment and buildings.
In charge of realization of works within a predetermined perimeter.
In charge of site management and Works Supervisor’s work supervision.  


We are ideally looking for someone with a Networks & Telecoms, Civil Engineering or Construction and Public Works training, who had a first experience in a similar position with management skills.
The ideal candidate will love organizing construction sites and managing material and human resources. He/She is comfortable with admin work and budgeting, has good analytical insight and loves finding technical solutions. He/She is self-reliant, meticulous, proactive, communicates easily and brings suggestions to the table.


Managing construction sites:

  • Gathering and analysing information regarding constructions to be made (technical files, works orders, specifications, risk prevention plans…)
  • Approving works feasibility
  • Defining necessary resources (material and human)
  • In charge of planning interventions and meeting deadlines
  • Optimizing work schedules
  • Making sure rules are followed
  • In charge of the site’s optimal functioning (material and estate means being within legal and contractual obligations)
  • Suggesting improvements to optimise operations
  • Analyzing and following the teams’ productivity
  • In charge of meeting commitments (deadlines, volumes…)

Admin and budgeting work:

  • Suggesting estimated (material and human) needs, and participating in putting together budgets
  • Making sure we get the legal authorization needed for the works
  • Making sure technical files and works’ records are in compliance with the law
  • Analyzing the works’ and site’s results (quality, profitability…)
  • Preparing reporting and invoicing elements
  • Following the vehicles’ fuel maintenance and use

Managing technical teams: 

  • Making sure rules and team procedures are followed.
  • Setting up and coordinating action plans in order to improve performance (quality and productivity)
  • Contributing to human resources (attendance, evaluation, skill development, remuneration, recruiting, internal promotion)
  • Leading the team (individual and collective management), especially Works Supervisors, and resolve conflicts
  • Establishing a good work atmosphere within the team. 

External and internal relations:

  • Taking part in regular managing meetings
  • In charge of bottom-up and top-down information gathering and delivery
  • Promoting and representing the team
  • Being in permanent contact with clients and building a commercial relationship with them.
  • Making sure subcontractors’ and suppliers’ goals are met, and taking part in their selection.
